LabCFTC Innovator Intake Meeting Request


Thank you for your interest in meeting with LabCFTC during Office Hours.

Office Hours are an opportunity to facilitate dialogue between innovators and those within the CFTC on financial and technological innovations. We anticipate that these meetings will inform CFTC staff on the latest innovations or regulatory opportunities, as well as help provide some clarity for the innovators on CFTC regulation and processes. Meetings with LabCFTC are not a substitute from traditional CFTC regulatory processes, are not to provide legal advice, and are not to gain approval of a new innovation. Rather, they are to engage the open dialogue between LabCFTC and CFTC staff and the innovators at the beginning stages of the regulatory process.

To ensure your meeting is scheduled, you may use the following fields. Meeting requests are pending until a meeting confirmation is emailed.
